About Rob McNealy, Founder of Flooristics
Rob McNealy is a nationally recognized forensic flooring inspector, walkway safety expert, and expert witness. As the founder of Flooristics, he provides professional inspections, analysis, and expert testimony in cases involving slip, trip, and fall incidents, flooring material failures, and walkway safety compliance.
With over two decades of experience in the flooring and construction industries, Mr. McNealy possesses an in-depth understanding of flooring systems, installation methods, and failure mechanisms. He is certified in the inspection of carpet, hardwood, laminate, and resilient flooring, including evaluations of subfloors and substrates. His field measurements and forensic analyses are routinely used to evaluate slip resistance, code compliance, and safety performance of walking surfaces in both residential and commercial environments.
Holding a Master of Business Administration (MBA), he integrates technical, analytical, and contractual expertise in every investigation. His background in construction management, government contracting, and architectural planning enhances his ability to assess compliance with building codes, project specifications, and safety requirements.
Mr. McNealy’s mission is to provide evidence-based forensic analysis that helps attorneys, property owners, and insurers understand the technical and safety factors behind flooring and walkway incidents—and to promote safer, code-compliant, and slip-resistant environments.
