spin finish technologyCarpet fibers benefit from the culmination of advanced technology, quality material, and intelligent manufacturing processes. A process known as spin finish keeps carpet looking good and acting strong. Manufacturers apply this finish technique to the fibers. With a spin finish, carpet can deliver years of beauty and strength to clients of all kinds.

This kind of finish is a coating that manufacturers apply to the carpet fibers during production. It is designed to block static buildup in the fibers as well as to make it flexible yet strong. This coating makes the yarn cohesive and attractive as a final product. As clients are learning about the different features that carpets offer, it’s a good idea for carpet installers and flooring contractors to make sure they understand all the invisible features that make carpet worthwhile.
